Your Story Isn’t Finished.

Therapy for the parts of you still becoming.

Individual, couples, & family therapy in Topeka, KS.

Maybe you’re here because

You know something needs to change, but you're not entirely sure what.

You understand yourself intellectually—but that hasn't necessarily made things easier. You keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns, feeling stretched too thin, or wondering where you fit into the life you've built.

Maybe you're navigating a major transition, questioning beliefs or expectations that once shaped you, learning how your ADHD or neurodivergence affects the way you move through the world, or becoming a parent and realizing that your own story is coming with you.

Or maybe you simply have the feeling that there has to be another way to live.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you.

You aren't a problem to solve.

Together, we'll get curious about the parts of you, patterns, relationships, and stories that have shaped who you've become—and what happens when you begin to understand them rather than fight against them.

My work draws from Internal Family Systems, Symbolic Experiential Therapy, and other relational approaches, creating space for both insight and actual emotional experience.

Because sometimes knowing why you do something isn't enough. Sometimes you have to experience something differently before you can believe that something different is possible.

You don’t have to fit neatly into a category.

Therapy can meet you wherever you are—in your relationships, your identity, your work, your family, or the parts of yourself you're still learning to understand.
