What brings people to Unwritten Therapy Co.

Couples + Relational Conflict

Relationships can bring out the very best—and the very hardest—parts of us. We'll look at the patterns you keep getting caught in, the things you're struggling to say, and what each of you is actually needing underneath the conflict.

ADHD + Neurodivergence

Understanding how your brain works can change the way you understand yourself. We'll unpack the ways ADHD or neurodivergence has made life harder, reduce the shame that can come with it, and find strategies and accommodations that actually fit your life.

Perinatal + Parenthood

Becoming a parent can change almost everything—including the way you see yourself. Therapy can be a place to make sense of the transition, navigate the pressure and uncertainty, and find your footing as you become someone new.

Burnout + High Achievement

Being the one who gets everything done can become its own trap. We'll work together to interrupt the stress cycle, understand what keeps you pushing, establish boundaries, and figure out what success looks like when it doesn't come at the expense of yourself.

Identity + Belonging

Sometimes life changes and you realize you don't quite recognize yourself anymore. Whether you've experienced a major transition, loss, coming out, or simply a growing sense that something no longer fits, we'll work together to find your footing and reconnect with what feels like you.

Religious Trauma + LGBTQ+

Your identity, relationships, spirituality, and beliefs don't have to fit neatly into someone else's expectations. I offer affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and support for people untangling difficult religious experiences, beliefs, and communities.

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all.

My work draws from Internal Family Systems, Symbolic Experiential Therapy, and relational approaches.

Sometimes insight is enough to change something.

Sometimes you have to experience something differently before you can believe it can be different.

So, what happens when you actually come in?

WE GET CURIOUS.
We'll slow things down enough to notice what's actually happening—not just what you think should be happening.

WE GET HONEST.
I'll ask direct questions, challenge you when I think it's useful, and make room for the things that are harder to say out loud.

WE FIGURE IT OUT TOGETHER.
There's no perfect way to do therapy. We'll pay attention to what is helping, adjust when it isn't, and create something that feels useful and authentic to you.

You don't have to know exactly what you need.

You don't need to have the right words, a diagnosis, or a five-year plan before reaching out. We can start with what's happening right now and figure out where to go from there.
